Dang! This is a great human! The reason a lot chefs made cooking a career. The reason people started traveling to different cities and countries to experience different cuisines and eating where the locals eat! The way he told stories was unreal!! From telling his food experience to his critiques of peoples food he was a master of setting the stage of what he was experiencing.
My Gosh! You’ll be missed. Thank you for leaving a beautiful legacy of recipes, methods, books, travel guides and especially your love and respect for people, human rights, and your openly vocal support of black people!
