1oz Coconut Rum
1oz Blended scotch .5oz classic cherry liquer
A few dashes of Angostura Bitter
And fresh pineapple juice
Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, shake well and pour into a glass leaving the ice behind.
To garnish, add a wedge of dried pineapple.
