Nick Jonas was joined by Priyanka Chopra at the Billboard Music Awards last night in what was one of the couple’s first public date nights now that the coronavirus pandemic is better managed in the U.S. Jonas hosted the show, and Chopra presented at one point, reportedly in part to help Jonas who has been recovering from a cracked rib injury.
Post-show, the two took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes pic of them backstage and share gushing messages about how much they love each other. Chopra and Jonas don’t post long tributes to each other often, so the Instagrams offer a rare look into how their relationship is now, three years into dating.

Husband appreciation post😍. Not even a cracked rib can stop this force of nature. So proud of you baby. With everything you do! Your work ethic, your pursuit of excellence! You inspire me everyday! Crushed it today! I love you so much!
Jonas commented twice on her IG, writing, “I love you more ❤️😍”
He also shared the same photo on his own account in his post reflecting on hosting the BBMAs and Chopra’s role helping him recover from his injury. Chopra flew back from London, where she had been working, to take care of him after he was hospitalized for the injury.
He wrote:
I started this last week by taking a brutal tumble on a bike fracturing my rib and ended it hosting the @bbmas with my incredible wife by my side who helped me every step of the way to recover and feel my best. I love you @priyankachopra.
I have watched this show since I was kid and to be asked to host was an honor… and to be back on stage with my brothers the week we go on sale for the #RememberThisTour is just too perfect. I am on cloud nine right now and just can’t wait to keep riding this cloud all the way to August 20th in Vegas and beyond.
