The suns out and summer is fast approaching! if you still want to work towards your fitness goals but the idea of being indoors doesn’t sound very appealing then it’s time to get a little creative and take you training outside. Here are a few exercises to help you do just that!

Start with a warm up set of 5-10 regular push-ups.
