Onion
Garlic
Bell peppers
Green Onion
Thyme
Dried Red pepper flakes
Black pepper
Taste of the Caribbean blend (seasoning)
1 egg
Oil
Tomato sauce
Grated Parmesan
Basil (fried for garnish)
