Hello Fitness Fam! What we have here are some explosive Kettlebell movements! I find using Kettlebell’s (KB’s) and/or Dumbbell’s (DB’s), definitely challenge your mobility and strength at the duration. Now to the workout.
This is what you call a “Kneeling KB Push-Press.” This is then activating all shoulder movements, corresponding with your balance on one lunged out knee, while pushing the KB straight up. For best results, and proper form, keep your chest up and your shoulders rolled back, while performing this exercise. Remember, if you’re feeling tired, or just wanting to push that extra rep, exhale on your way up while push pressing that KB up!
