The gym is anywhere you want it to be. With summer weather approaching why not workout outside! Here’s a couple quick and easy workouts for great fitness fun in the sun or shade :-). Remember no work out is complete without a healthy diet and plenty of water.

•Warm up 5-10 with a light jog

•Box jumps using park table: (2 jumps then walk down on other side) 10-15 reps
